Job Description
- Operate and maintain spiral machine for manufacturing HVAC products, specifically pipes and slips
- Maintain safe use of equipment and product at all times
- Have the product ready and prepared for subsequent machine line in the manufacturing chain and in some cases ready for shipment
- Work within a team concept while keeping an open line of communication with foreman and managers
Skill Requirements
- 3-5 years working as sheet metal apprentice, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Preferably knowledge of TF 1250 Spiral Machine in the production of HVAC materials, specifically pipes and slips
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

Elgin Mills Sheet Metal Supply is offering a wage on a permanent, 35-44 hour per week schedule of $31 per hour. We are open to union and non-union workers provided they have the requisite experience; we also support apprentices as part of our apprenticeship sponsoring program with the College of Trades.
