Temporary Foreign Worker Program
We are a TFW agriculture consulting service* providing farms in Grey County, Bruce County, Dufferin County, Wellington County, Perth County, and Huron County with TFW agricultural skilled labour.
We help Ontario Farms negotiate the LMIA program and refer available labour within the limitations of the Temporary Foreign Worker [TFW] program.

About Us
Ever Since I can remember I have always been surrounded by farms and livestock.
My Parents and Grandparents were Farmers. I decided to leave my family behind to pursue my career in Canada back in early 2012 as a Hog farm Worker. Adjusting to the climate, culture and being away from my loved one’s was very hard.
I worked tirelessly for the subsequent 3 years that followed. My goal in mind being to be promoted to a highly skilled position so that I can apply for a PR and bring my family over to Canada.
Fast forward to 2015, I obtained my PR residency status and ultimately brought my family over in February of 2016. After several months, we managed to buy a house that we now call home in GreyBruce with my Lovely wife Jove and my beautiful kids Aleezy, Seth, Alexie and baby Summer.
It has been 7 years since I started helping employers to find the right people who want to work and become farmers in Canada. Im still working in the Hog farming business today.
I met Iain back in 2012 and due to a great need for skilled TFWs in our region, we have partnered on this project to make it happen.

Iain Canzano [RCIC] is an expert in navigating Employment Social Development Canada policy and procedure. He ensures that organizations have a high probability for a positive review on their LMIA submissions and subsequent audits.
Specifically and in the case of Grey Bruce and surrounding Counties, Iain understands the requirements for the above agricultural workers’ placements with local farmers.
